Policies, Processes & Procedures
• Assist Manager -Organization effectiveness & recruitment in development & implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of the function so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
Performance Management & Appraisal Cycle Facilitation
• Assist Manager, OE & Recruitment for timely completion for appraisal cycles in order to improve the performance of the employee’s company wide.
• Assist Manager, OE & Recruitment in setting KPI/ Annual objective of all employees across the company.
• Quarterly review evaluations for In-charges/lead & Divisional Managers.
Assist Manager -Organization effectiveness & recruitment in conducting market surveys and research to develop variance or improvement and advising to adopt best market practices to ensure the organisation is optimally aligned to deliver the business strategy efficiently and effectively.
• Framing Job descriptions for all the positions across the organization & maintaining record after getting approval.
Recruitment & Mobilization
Development of manpower & recruitment strategies in line with the business strategy to meet the organisational requirement.
Hiring for “key & critical roles” to ensure suitable talent is available for these positions in a timely manner.
Performance Management & Appraisal Cycle Facilitation:
Prepare & regularly updating organogram in consultation with respective function head/department manager and Manager, OE& Recruitment.
Ensure all function/department organograms are approved by respective function head and communicate approved organogram to them.
